Emergency Housing During the Winter

Each November, we post procedures for approving emergency housing during cold weather or adverse weather conditions.

This winter, due to COVID-19, our program requirements are:

  • Less strict, and
  • Not dependent on the weather.

If you are homeless and need housing:

  • Call 1-800-479-6151 during regular business hours, or
  • Dial 2-1-1 after hours and on weekends
