nullTHE WORK INCLUDES:

The work — on behalf of Vermont's Weatherization Assistance Program — includes:

  • Insulating (e.g., cellulose, spray foam, rigid foam)
  • Air sealing (top and bottom of buildings)
  • Cleaning, tuning, and repairing heating systems
  • Installing ventilation to improve indoor air quality
  • Improving duct work
  • Doing minor structural repairs
  • Coaching clients on other ways to save energy

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Dependable individuals who have:

  • A valid driver’s license & good driving record
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic construction or carpentry skills 
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work professionally, follow established health and safety procedures, safely use power tools and equipment and do physically demanding work.
