- Family Supportive Housing (FSH) - Reduces the incidence and duration of child and family homelessness.
- Family Unification Program (FUP) - Helps stabilize housing for eligible families and youth.
- Housing Opportunity Grant Program (HOP) - Funds agencies that provide emergency shelter, financial assistance, and services to help families and individuals who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
- Housing Stability Services (HSS) - Helps eligible households find and keep housing and supports landlord liaisons.
- Home Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) - Provides home energy retrofit services at no cost to income-eligible Vermonters to reduce energy, save money, improve health, and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
- Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) - Assists eligible households in achieving housing stability.
