Application Process - Phase I
This phase focuses on establishing the business entity responsible for the proposed child care program.

Application - Phase II
This phase begins with a visit from a licensor who will review the potential location for the proposed child care and your business plan. It ends with you submitting a completed application.

Application - Phase III
Phase III is the final phase of the application process. It involves a final visit by a licensor who will:
- Assess your compliance with the licensing regulations.
- Issue a site visit report.
- Identify any required actions that need to be completed or addressed.
- Make a recommendation to a licensing supervisor who will complete the final review and issue a decision.
