Application Process - Phase I

This phase focuses on establishing the business entity responsible for the proposed child care program.

Application - Phase II

This phase begins with a visit from a licensor who will review the potential location for the proposed child care and your business plan. It ends with you submitting a completed application.

Application - Phase III

Phase III is the final phase of the application process. It involves a final visit by a licensor who will:

  • Assess your compliance with the licensing regulations.
  • Issue a site visit report.
  • Identify any required actions that need to be completed or addressed.
  • Make a recommendation to a licensing supervisor who will complete the final review and issue a decision.
