Two Services, One Account

If you already have a Document Uploader account, use that to log onto MyBenefits. The system won’t allow you to create a new one.

Create An Account

If you don’t already have a MyBenefits or Uploader account, go here to create one.

Use The Online Application

Go to the MyBenefits application.
Logon to your account.
Click on "Apply For Benefits".
Follow the instructions.
