There are several laws, rules, and procedures that govern the work that we do. Below is information about the main ones. It is not a complete list.


ESD Rules

ESD has several rules that help implement or interpret law or policy and have been adopted as required by the Vermont Administrative Procedures Act (Title 3 V.S.A. Chapter 25). These rules have the force of law unless amended, revised or a court determines otherwise.
