Emergency Shelter & Permanent Supportive Housing – SFY25
The Vermont Department for Children & Families (DCF) invites applications to provide emergency shelter capacity from December 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025. Applications for emergency shelter beyond these dates and permanent supportive housing capacity will also be accepted and reviewed based on the availability of funds.
- All applicants must use the designated Excel Budget Template.
- Applicants may choose to use a Word version of the application when applying.

Weatherization Training Center
Funding is available to launch a Weatherization Training Center to support Vermont’s goals to diversify and grow the weatherization workforce to achieve the State’s goal of weatherizing 120,000 homes by 2030. The funds will support the initial 2-year phase of the Training Center. Activities include finalizing a training plan, applying for Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) accreditation, establishing directories, formalizing partnerships, establishing wrap-around services, marking and enrollment.
