Our weatherization partners are hiring crew members across the state. These entry level, full-time, and year-round positions offer a good starting wage, excellent benefits, opportunities for advancement, lots of training, and more.

Work is done for the Weatherization Assistance Program, which helps lower-income Vermonters save fuel and money by improving the energy efficiency of their homes.

THE WORK

The work involves making energy, health & safety improvements, and minor repairs to eligible homes. This could include tasks such as air sealing, insulating, duct sealing, improving heating systems, and various health and safety measures.
