Race to the Top Early Challenge (RTT-ELC) Grant has an exciting opportunity for a Home Visiting Coordinator to support the top projects of the Children’s Integrated Service Unit within the Child Development Division. 

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree in public administration; social work, public health, human services, or a related field AND two (2) years or more of professional community service experience.
OR
Bachelor's degree in public administration; social work, public health, human services, or a related field AND four (4) years or more of professional community service experience.

 Child Development Division Director of Statewide Systems

Managerial. administrative, policy development and coordinating work at a professional level for the Child Development Division involving the development and support of state wide systems in early childhood development and learning (including but not limited to child care and preschool), support for local collaboration across sectors, agencies and community partners, quality enhancement activities under the Child Care and Development Block Grant, workforce development for early care and learning and afterschool professionals, contract and grant management and oversight,  budget and expenditure monitoring,  implementation of continuous quality improvement and quality assurance, development activities to procure additional funding as appropriate, effective management of diverse federal grant activities and programs, and policy development and coordination.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood development, early education or in a related human service field AND five (5) years or more at a professional level in public administration, human services administration, or early childhood administration, INCLUDING two (2) years in a managerial or supervisory role.
