Effective Monday, September 9th, 2024, applicants for the Child Care Financial Assistance Program may apply online.

Are you an early childhood educator who is working on their Level Certificate? Are you eligible for a Level Certificate and have not yet applied?

Effective October 6, the income guidelines for the Child Care Financial Assistance Program (CCFAP) will increase to 575% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), an increase from the current limit of 400% FPL.

Childcare providers receiving payments from the Child Care Financial Assistance Program (CCFAP) are required to have an active Provider Rate Agreement (PRA) on file.
