Beginning February 18, 2025, multi-factor authentication will be required to access the CDDIS Parent Portal. This change is being introduced to increase security for users accessing the portal.
To assist you in getting set up, we are providing you with this guide: Multi-Factor Authentication for Parents. You will be given the option to verify by phone or text, or by using an authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Okta Verify.
