The Child Development Division (CDD) is continuing to support children’s safe and successful inclusion with Special Accommodations Grant (SAG) awards to Vermont regulated Specialized Child Care Programs. Grant funds may be used for the purchase of adaptive equipment and materials, staff consultation or training, and hiring of an individual assistant specific to a child’s needs. CDD will be accepting grant applications monthly; the first monthly application due date is October 24, 2023.
The SAG Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) was released October 6, 2023. The RFGA contains details on eligibility criteria, application requirements, submission instructions, and scope of work. For more information about completing an application for SAG, you can review the RFGA or attend an online informational conference. Release and deadline dates for upcoming SAG rounds and links to attend conference sessions are listed below.
