Support Delivered is an umbrella of supports and services available to pregnant and postpartum Vermonters. Resources are accessed through Help Me Grow VT.
Child care providers, mental health clinicians, medical providers, social service partners, and pregnant and postpartum Vermonters can receive assistance connecting to an array of Vermont-based perinatal mental health resources including mental health clinicians with training and/or specialized expertise in perinatal mental health, virtual clinical support groups, parenting support groups, information on wellness and stress reduction, and other offerings (both in-person and virtual).
Providers can make a referral by calling or completing an online form at helpmegrowvt.org, and families can access assistance by phone, email, or text:
