DCF's Child Development Division is hiring for a Licensing Field Specialist position in Windsor County.
Licensing Field Specialists' primary responsibilities include regulatory oversight to licensed and registered Family Child Care Homes, to licensed Center Based Child Care and Preschool Programs, and to licensed After School Programs. This involves conducting compliance monitoring visits, complaint investigations, and providing technical assistance. This also involves facilitating licensing regulation trainings in the community. Licensing Field Specialists are home based employees who travel on a daily basis within a 1-2 hour radius from their home.
