Director of Operations (Req ID: 24461)

The Child Development Division is looking for a skilled professional to join the senior leadership team. This position is responsible for oversight of the development, maintenance, and transition to the new Child Development Information Systems (CDDIS) project as well as coordination of a multimillion-dollar budget with multiple revenue sources. Duties include budget oversight, Division planning, information technology systems, audit management, data management and reporting, purchasing, budget and expenditure monitoring, business process and procedures, client information and communication, and implementations of continuous quality improvement and quality assurance. Supervision is exercised over professional, technical and clerical employees. Strong budget management knowledge and experience is preferred. 

Work is performed under the general direction of the Deputy Commissioner.

Senior Process and Performance Analyst (Req ID: 23851)

The Child Development Division is looking for a skilled professional who will serve as the project lead on the build and implementation of the new Child Development Division Information System (CDDIS). This is a brand new system under construction on a SalesForce platform in a series of modules. The first module of the system will administer the Child Care Financial Assistance (subsidy) payments to child care providers on behalf of caretakers. This position is also tasked with data collection, data analysis and data reporting activities. Responsibilities include working with program team members to specify business requirements and analysis for databases and data queries to meet reporting needs, document and translate business requirements into specifications with appropriate stakeholder input to ensure successful project implementation. Collaboration with division staff to gather program data on spending and initiatives. The Senior Process and Performance Analyst is responsible for participating in planning discussions to develop plans to identify, design, and implement required training. Responsibilities include supervision of a small unit. Preference will be given to applicants who have experience in data systems planning and development; information management; reporting and quality assurance; research, statistical and program evaluation.

Work is performed under the direction of the Data Analytics and Information Administrator.
