This Administrative Coordinator II position supports the administration of the Child Development Division Information System (CDDIS). CDDIS is a digital platform through which parents, child care providers, and the state interact to deliver child care subsidy payments. It is a critical position in the Child Development Division (CDD) and is responsible for maintaining efficient day-to-day divisional operations of the system.
 
Individuals interested in applying for this position should be comfortable using multiple data systems and communicating on the phone and email. Examples of work include setting up user accounts, helping individuals understand information about how the data system works, and assisting with creation of training materials.

PLEASE NOTE: These are temporary position. Temporary work is typically for variable hours and is not expected to be full-time. These positions may be between 24 and 30 hours per week. The State does not guarantee 40 hours of work per week.
