Dear Vermont Child Care Provider,
The Vermont Child Development Division (CDD) is partnering with Child Trends, a nonprofit research organization, to learn about the experiences of child care providers and how certain changes to the Child Care Financial Assistance Program (CCFAP) may have affected families and providers. This information may be used to improve policies in the future. As part of this project, we would like to request your participation in a brief online survey.
We are requesting your help to both complete this survey and to share a link to a survey with the families who attend your program.
This survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. As a thank you for your time, you will be entered into a weekly raffle for a $200 gift card (weeks 1-2 that the survey is open, from 3/13/2023 to 3/27/2023) or a $100 gift card (weeks 3-4 that the survey is open, from 3/28/2023 to 4/10/2023). You will be entered into each of the weekly raffles that remain once you complete the survey. So, the earlier you respond, the more chances you have to win the weekly raffle! Gift cards will be for Amazon or Walmart -- Your choice.

Additionally, we also ask for your assistance in encouraging ALL families served by your child care program, whether participating in the Child Care Financial Assistance Program (CCFAP) or not, to complete this family survey about their child care needs and expenses by Monday 4/10/2023. Families that complete the survey will also be entered into a weekly raffle for a $200 or $100 gift card.
