Dear Families,
We invite you to take a brief online survey so that we may learn about the experiences of families currently using child care in the state of Vermont. This survey is being conducted by Child Trends, a nonprofit research organization, on behalf of the Vermont Child Development Division (CDD).
This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. As a thank you for your time, you will be entered into a weekly raffle for a $200 gift card (the first two weeks that the survey is open, from 3/13/2023 to 3/27/2023) or a $100 gift card (the next two weeks that the survey is open, from 3/28/2023 to 4/10/2023). You will be entered into each of the weekly raffles that remain once you complete the survey. So, the earlier you complete the survey, the more chances you will have to win the weekly raffle! Gift cards will be for Amazon or Walmart -- your choice.
The easiest way to take the survey is online (click here). If you do not have reliable internet access, you may call our research partner, Child Trends, at 240-223-9373 to complete the survey over the phone.
