To Child Care Providers and Programs,

We want to remind you about a few important items related to submitting Provider Rate Agreements (PRA) within the Child Development Division Information System (CDDIS).

  • When entering a new PRA, you must hit SUBMIT for it send to CDD for approval. If you do not hit submit, your new rates will not go into effect. Please follow our guide on how to check the status of your PRA. For steps on submitting a new PRA, please view our PRA training.
  • If you would like your new rates to take effect as of 7/3/2022, please DO NOT submit your child care attendance for the service period of 7/3/2022 – 7/16/2022 until CDD approves your new PRA in CDDIS. If you submit your attendance for the above service period before your new PRA is approved, it will not be effective until the next service period where attendance has not been submitted.

If you still have questions about entering your PRA into CDDIS after reviewing the above-mentioned guide and training, please submit a CDDIS Help Desk Request formPlease Note: The Bright Futures Information System (BFIS) Help Desk is unable to answer questions related to CDDIS.
