The Child Development Division (CDD) is looking for a skilled professional to join the management team. This position is responsible for designing and implementing large-scale planning and collaboration processes with both internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires a high level of proficiency in the principles and practices of change management and strategic planning, statistical data analysis, report development, web-based publishing, and written communication. Duties include budgetary, planning, technology, policy, and programmatic responsibilities to ensure compliance with federal and state legislative mandates and other regulations and directives. Responsible for monitoring the quality of the CDD service delivery through reports, quality improvement plans, and data quality control.
The successful candidate must have the ability to interpret and apply regulations of considerable complexity, review complex organizational and procedural problems and make sound recommendations; the ability to conceptualize creative solutions and present complex concepts and analyses to a wide range of audiences; to provide leadership with strong abilities in relationship management; to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Work is performed under the general direction of the Director of Policy and Planning in the Child Development Division.
