The Child Development Division has secured permission to offer the option of sending Child Care Workforce Retention Bonuses as an advance payment. If you choose this option, you will have 30 calendar days to pay out the bonus to eligible employees. After the 30 days, if funds remain unspent, you will need to send your financial report and a check for the unspent amount back to the State. Checks can be made out to the “State of Vermont” and mailed to the address below:
