Child Care Financial Assistance Program Online Application

Effective Monday, September 9th, 2024, applicants for the Child Care Financial Assistance Program may apply online. To complete an online application, applicants will need to log into their Child Development Division Information System (CDDIS) Parent Portal account. If an email address was provided on a previous application, that email address can be used to access the CDDIS Parent Portal. If an email address was not provided on a CCFAP application before, applicants can sign up for the CDDIS Parent Portal.
 
For the best user experience, it is highly encouraged to use Google Chrome on a laptop, tablet or desktop when filling out the application. Using a mobile phone to complete the CCFAP online application is not recommended at this time.
