We have learned that some child care programs have not received their Child Care Financial Assistance payments for last week's payroll. We are working to identify the impacted invoices so that a manual payment can be generated and issued this week.
As part of the process to resolve this issue, our technical support team will need to conduct system maintenance to the Bright Futures Information System (BFIS) between 7 pm and 9 pm tonight. During this time, please do not login into the system.
