It is with mixed emotions I am writing to share that Melissa Riegel-Garrett’s last day with the Child Development Division (CDD) as the Policy Director is next Friday, April 23rd. Our loss is the Office of Child Care’s (OCC) gain, as this is where Melissa’s journey leads her to next. Her passion to support Vermont’s children and the system of care surrounding them is truly admirable. She will be missed by CDD and so many others, but the knowledge and vision she brings to Region 1 of OCC will benefit us all. Thank you for all you have done for the CDD Melissa and the best of luck in this new adventure!
