CCFAP Provider Rate Agreement Expiration Notice

Category
November 27, 2024

Childcare providers receiving payments from the Child Care Financial Assistance Program (CCFAP) are required to have an active Provider Rate Agreement (PRA) on file. Even though CCFAP PRAs are no longer used to determine the CCFAP payment amount, CDD is still requiring that a PRA be submitted every three years. The PRA includes agreeing to Provider Responsibilities and supplies the Child Development Division with important data on provider rates.

Effective immediately, the Child Development Division Information System (CDDIS) will automatically send providers a reminder email and notice in the CDDIS Provider Portal 30 days before a PRA is due to expire.

This guide provides instructions for submitting and viewing Provider Rate Agreements (PRA) in CDDIS.

If you have questions or need assistance, please complete a CDDIS Help Desk Ticket.
