- Speak to a call center agent during business hours: Monday to Thursday, from 8:00AM to 6:00PM and Friday, from 8:00am to 4:15pm. Call center agents may not be available from 9-10AM on some Fridays due to staff meetings,
- Use our automated system outside of business hours, on weekends and on state holidays.
