AHS Document Uploader - Use the Uploader

Use the Uploader in 3 Easy Steps!

Step One

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of your internet browser.
  2. Take clear pictures of the documents using a smartphone, tablet or digital camera. You can also send a pdf file (preferred).
  3. Go to the Uploader webpage: https://ahsuploader.vermont.gov/
  4. Login to your account.
  5. Click on “Economic Services” and then on “Continue”.

Step Two

  1. Select the programs you are sending documents for:
    1. 3SquaresVT,
      Reach Up, Fuel Assistance,
      or Essential Person, OR
    2. Energy Assistance for Green
      Mountain Power or VT Gas
  2. Click on “Continue”.
  3. Answer the questions about your account and then click on “Continue”.

Step Three

  1. The next page lets you upload
    the documents we asked for.
  2. You can add more than one
    document by clicking “Add
    another document”
    .
  3. When you’re done, click
    “Finish and submit”.
