AHS Document Uploader - Use the Uploader

Create an Account in 3 Easy Steps!

Step One

  1. Make sure you have the latest version of your internet browser.
  2. Go to the Uploader webpage: https://ahsuploader.vermont.gov/
  3. Click on “Create an Account”
    If you have an ESD MyBenefits account, use it for the uploader. Don't create a new account.

Step Two

  1. Enter your email address & new password.
  2. Open the email you get and click on “Activate Account”.
  3. If you see a page that says “Vermont Agency of Human Services Portal”, click on “Document Uploader” to continue.

Step Three

  1. Enter your personal information.
  2. Click on “Complete account creation”.
  3. Click on “Continue to the document uploader” to sign in to your account and upload documents.
