Apply for Child Care Financial Assistance

Child Care Financial Assistance can help you pay for child care!

There are two ways to apply:

1. Online using the Bright Futures Information System (BFIS).

   1. Go to the online application; and
   2. Send any required documents such as paystubs to your local community child care support agency.

2. Complete a paper application.

   1. Print a copy of the application form (or get one from your local agency);
   2. Complete any required supplemental forms; and
   3. Send your completed application, along with copies of required documentation (e.g., pay stubs or supplemental forms) to your local community child care support agency.
