If you pay or receive child support through the Office of Child Support you can use the Office of Child Support’s automated telephone system to access payment information on your account. Information about payments can be accessed, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the United States.

In order to do so, you will need a touch-tone telephone, your social security number, and your PIN (Personal Identification Number) number.

Your PIN number is printed on your child support bill or statement if you are the support obligor, and on your OCS check if you are the person who receives child support. If you have more than one case, you have a different PIN number for each case.
