The processing of Economic Services benefits has been severely impacted by recent flooding.

  • Benefits Service Center: Please call 1-800-479-6151 if you have any questions about your benefits or need help applying. Wait times may be longer than usual. Please be patient. If you are asked to leave a message, someone will call you back as soon as possible. Calls to the interview unit will still be routed to the nearest district office.
