Driving Directions

From Interstate I-91, turn off at the Springfield exit, #7, head west, away from the Connecticut river. Go 3.8 miles on highway 11. Bear left at the first light, which is always blinking yellow. Follow this street, Mineral St., around the High-Rise building at that intersection, along the river, to the State office building on your left. DCF is on the first floor, far left.
