Call 1-800-479-6151 to access our Benefits Service Center. You can speak to a customer service agent during regular business hours.

You can also use our automated system to request an application and access information about your case — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are deaf or hard of hearing: Have the VRS operator call 1-800-479-6151. Stay on the line. A center representative will be glad to help.
