Visit your local district office to apply for benefits in person or drop off documents required as part of your application or review.

Call 1-800-479-6151 toll free to get information about benefits, request a paper application, access information about your case and report changes that may affect eligibility.

- Use our automated system outside of regular business hours, on weekends, and on state holidays.
