Disability-Based Medicaid

If you apply for disability-based Medicaid, DDS will determine whether you meet the medical requirements.

To Apply for Disability-Based Medicaid

Go to the  Medicaid for the Aged, Blind or Disabled (MABD) page.

After You Apply

The Health Access Eligibility Unit determines whether you meet the non-medical requirements and will forward your application to the DDS for the medical determination.
