Vermont Credential/Accreditation Bonus Program Survey: - Evaluated the results of the implementation of an incentive program initiated in 1999 that pays a bonus to providers who complete a national credential (the Child Development Associate), a college degree in a related field or a national accreditation for licensed settings.
