Individual Professional Recognition Bonuses

Individual Professional Recognition Bonuses

The Child Development Division (CDD) recognizes and encourages professional growth of the early childhood and afterschool workforce in Vermont. One strategy to do this is to provide financial incentives linked to specific markers of professional achievement. The bonus system reflects current professional development resources, committee input and public comments and is effective October 1, 2009.

Please Note: Individuals who have never received payments from the Department for Children and Families, Child Development Division will need to complete the W-9 form and send it with your bonus application.
This form is required for the division to make payments.
