The National Early Childhood Transition Center (NECTC)
The primary objective of NECTC is to investigate and validate practices and strategies that enhance the early childhood transition process and support positive school outcomes for children with disabilities. This objective will be met through four inter-related research activities.

Supporting Children with Disabilities and Their Families: An Interagency Agreement Between Early Care, Health and Education Programs and Agencies in Vermont (5th edition, 2010)

This agreement identifies roles and responsibilities for coordination and collaboration among Vermont's early care, health and education programs and agencies to ensure high-quality learning development and learning options for young children with disabilities. The Vermont Head Start State Collaboration Office (VHSSCO) updates this agreement on behalf of the Head Start/Early Head Start programs to ensure their compliance with federal Head Start Performance Standards.
