Licensing Regulations Comments

It is the intent of the Department for Children and Families, Child Development Division in the Vermont Agency of Human Services that licensing requirements are clear, reasonable, fair and enforceable and keep children and their families at the center of our concern.

In the interests of serving the public, comments on the rules are welcomed at any time and will be considered for future revisions or the development of new requirements.

Comments will be accepted only on the Afterschool Child Care Program Regulations between 12/29/2014 and 12/31/2015 through this survey. All other types of child care regulations are currently being updated and have a separate public comment process.
