A Committee appointed by the Vermont Department for Children and Families (DCF) has been working on an analysis of potential models for determining eligibility for the Child Care Financial Assistance Program (CC FAP), that committee gave their recommendations to the Commissioner of the Department for Children and Families and the Secretary of the Agency of Human Services at the end of April. A decision was made at the beginning of May to continue eligibility determination in community agencies. Click here for the full announcement.
