She is a 2018 graduate of the Snelling Center for Government Vermont Leadership Institute. Renee is qualified as a Result Based Accountability (RBA) trainer and certified facilitator. As a community partner leading Umbrella, Inc, she has been an active and engaged participant in early childhood systems work in Vermont including the Building Bright Futures Statewide and Regional Early Childhood Councils and the creation and implementation of Vermont’s Early Childhood Framework and Action Plan.
