Vermont Child Care Advisory Board

This Governor-appointed board is charged with advising and assisting the director of the Child Development Division and the commissioner of the Department for Children and Families on all functions related to childcare that are within the jurisdiction of the state. The board shall review and evaluate the programs and activities of the Child Development Division, and submit an annual report to the Legislature on the status of, and needs for improvement to, Vermont’s child care system.
